Force4care enables care homes to streamline client referral and care management

November 2009 – Xenogenix successfully launched Force4care, the first cloud computing solution to enable Care Home operators to manage referrals and administer care planning and delivery.

Force4care enables care managers and administrators to control and measure care referral, provision and back office processes.

Expandable and highly customisable, Force4care can track client referrals, produce care plans for clients and rotas for employees, incident management, produce an auditable records of care, manage  back office procedures such as staff recruitment and skills profiles, procurement, facilities management. Key reports can be delivered within two clicks, keeping managers reliably informed at all times.

Force4care is built on the Force.com, the world’s leading cloud computing  platform from Salesforce.com. It powers more than 60,000 businesses running more than 100,000 applications that 1.3+ million users count on every day. It provides better than 99.9% reliability.

This means that Care Homes do not have to invest in servers, networks or software or employ IT staff to maintain the solution. The only requirement is a PC with Internet connection.

Large upfront investment isn’t required either; a monthly fee per user helps to spread cost throughout the year and is scalable depending on the size of organisation.
An online video demonstration and a free trial of Force4care is now available from the Force4care website www.force4care.com

Client testimonial: "I was instantly impressed with Xenogenix' depth of knowledge in our business sector. Our admissions tracking is now greatly improved, Force4care has not only enhanced our relationship management but also our internal communications." Martin Hall, Cascade Care.
